Last updated: October 14, 2026. Short version: our free tools run in your browser and we don't receive what you type into them. We collect your email only if you subscribe or buy.
Free tools
The listing description generator and Fair Housing checker run entirely in your browser using JavaScript. The property facts and copy you enter are not sent to our servers or to any AI service.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, your email address is collected and processed by our newsletter provider, beehiiv, under its privacy policy. We use it to send the newsletter and the “25 AI Prompts Every Real Estate Agent Needs” lead magnet. You can unsubscribe anytime using the link in every email.
Purchases
Kit purchases are processed by Gumroad. We receive your name, email and order details to deliver the product and provide support. We never see your full payment card details.
Hosting and logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and performance. We don't use advertising cookies on this site.
Affiliate links
Some pages contain affiliate links marked as such. If you click one, the destination company may set its own cookies to track the referral under its own privacy policy.
Your choices
To access or delete information we hold about you (newsletter or purchase records), email vibaroapp@gmail.com. Residents of states with privacy laws (such as California) can exercise their rights the same way. We don't sell personal information.
Children
This site is for real estate professionals and isn't directed at children under 13.
Changes
We'll update this page and its date if this policy changes.
